Après ce succès en Australie, « Veuve de Philippe Hüther » cède la marque « The TUDOR » à Hans Wilsdorf. Le 15 octobre 1936, Hans devient officiellement le gérant propriétaire de Tudor. Cette même période marque alors l’apparition de la rose de la dynastie des Tudor sur les cadrans des montres. Il s’agit d’un logo qui symbolise l’union de la force, la robustesse et la beauté des lignes de chaque montre. Hans a choisi de l’insérer dans un bouclier pour rendre ses créations encore plus particulières.
La création de « Montres Tudor S.A. en 1946
Au lendemain de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Hans Wilsdorf décide de voler de ses propres ailes. Il donne ainsi son essor et son identité à Tudor en créant la société Montres Tudor S.A. le 6 mars 1946. La marque se spécialise dans les montres pour hommes et femmes.
